Yesterday, Blick Rothenberg held a breakfast meeting to welcome the participants of the firm’s Tech Business Programme. The programme has been created to provide eight young tech companies with advice and mentoring, helping them to ensure their financial building blocks are in place.
The breakfast meeting began with a talk from tech expert Nitin Dahad of TechSpark Ltd, who discussed the journey from start-up through growth. Following this, the participants had an opportunity to share experiences and ask questions about the issues their businesses are experiencing whilst growing.
The participants represent a cross section of the UK’s diverse tech market, from a company that builds educational robots to a hyperlocal mobile app that helps to discover when friends are nearby.
The Tech Business Programme is part of part of an annual awards process that will see judges from Tech City News, Channel 4 News and the Investors Chronicle identify the most promising tech start up over a 12 month period.
